1. Do I need a referral?
   
   • Yes, from a GP or Optometrist.
2. How do I make an appointment?
   
   • Call us on (07) 4633 4111 or your Optometrist can make an appointment for you.
3. Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
   
   • Please bring you referral and any previous relevant test results.
4. Can I drive after my visit?
   
   • This will depend on the treatment you receive (if any) - ask our reception staff when you make your appointment.
5. How long will my appointment take?
   
   • Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for your appointment.
6. Will I be required to pay for my appointment on the day?
   
   • Yes, reception staff are happy to give a quote when your appointment is made.
7. What are our hours?
   
   • 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
